Kartikeya is a business development professional with a strong foundation in architecture and strategic management. Over the years, he has transitioned from design-focused roles into broader business leadership, developing a unique blend of analytical thinking, client engagement expertise, and operational insight.
His core strengths lie in client management, business development, operations oversight, and pre- & post-sale customer experience management. He has completed specialized online programs in business analytics, operations management, and sales strategy, strengthening his ability to drive data-informed decisions and streamline organizational processes.
While his career began in architectural practice, he now leverages that background to bring structured problem-solving, project coordination, and stakeholder communication skills into his business roles. His multidisciplinary experience allows him to approach challenges with both creative and strategic perspective.
He has also contributed to government projects as a Consulting Architect with the Uttar Pradesh Public Works Department (National Highway Wing) and later collaborated with PACSFED, gaining valuable exposure to public-sector operations, governance, and large-scale project environments. Today, he continues to focus on creating value through relationship-driven business development and customer-centric operational strategies. Specialized in building strong client relationships, identifying growth and optimizing operations to deliver measurable results.
